Dr. Harbans S. Bamrah
Dr. Bamrah graduated from University of Toronto with his Bachelor of Science
Degree in Biology. (1991) He then went on to receive his Doctor of Dental
Surgery Degree from the University of Detriot Mercy in Michigan. (1995) During
this time he completed an Oral Surgery Externship at Henry Ford Hospital.
Afterwards he did a hospital based General Practice Residency program in
Rochester New York in 1996.
Dr. Christopher Blair
Dr. Christopher Blair graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Science
degree in Chemistry. He then went on to complete his Doctor of Dental Surgery
Degree at the University of Toronto. He was the recipient of the Dean’s Gold
Medal and the Academy of General Dentistry Award upon graduation. Before
entering private practice, Christopher completed a one year general practice
residency at the Toronto General and Toronto Western Hospitals.
Dr. Max Dawabsheh
Dr. Max comes from a family of dentists. He spent his childhood in his mother’s
dental clinic. Therefore, becoming a dentist was a natural choice for him. Dr.
Max shows special interest in Aesthetics and cosmetic dentistry. Recently, he
has attended a Postgraduate Program in Contemporary Aesthetic Dentistry from
University of Minnesota. He is a graduate of Jordan University of science and
Technology. He holds a masters degree from Edith Cowan University, Australia.
Dr. Joel De Souza
Dr. De Souza is known for his thorough, meticulous care and outstanding results,
while being a truly caring and compassionate dentist who, with his team, gets to
know you personally and treats you like family. He offers a unique blend of
services including all phases of implant dentistry, Invisalign and Propel
accelerated orthodontics to compress the tooth-straightening process which
typically takes a year or more, into a matter of months.
Dr. Sarah Dinsmore
Dr. Dinsmore received her D.M.D. with Great Distinction from the University of
Saskatchewan in 2007. After graduation, she practiced general family dentistry
in Saskatoon for 5 years as an Associate. Dr. Dinsmore moved to Toronto in 2012
with her husband for his medical residency in Anesthesia and has been part of
the River Oaks Team since this time.
Dr. Mauro Fattore
Dr. Mauro Fattore completed a Bachelor of Science at the University of Western
Ontario. He continued on to the University of Manitoba where he graduated from
the School of Dentistry in 1998. Dr. Fattore has developed a special interest in
implant surgery and cosmetic dentistry. He stays abreast of the latest advances
in dentistry through numerous hours of continuing education, as well as his
affiliations which include: The Canadian Dental Association, The Ontario Dental
Association, The Burlington Dental Academy, The Toronto Implant Study Club.
Dr. Stephen Gaines
Dr. Stephen Gaines graduated in 1993 from the University of Toronto with a
Bachelor of Science in Human Biology/Physiology and Physics. He continued his
education at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, where he earned his
dental degree in 1997. Dr. Gaines is fervent about continuing education and is
constantly in pursuit of avenues for learning more about the latest developments
in the field of dentistry.
Dr. Puneet Gill
Dr. Gill completed her doctor of dental surgery degree at the University of
Toronto where she received the OKU academic achievement award upon graduation,
given for academic excellence to the top members of the class. Dr. Gill
continued her pursuit of academic and clinical practice by completing a general
practice residency at Rochester General Hospital in Rochester, New York. She has
also completed a two year Comprehensive Straight Wire and Functional Orthodontic
Program and has been providing comprehensive orthodontic care for several years.
She is also certified in providing Invisalign.
Dr. Saman Jomehri
Dr. Jomehri graduated from Dental School in 2008 where he received a Doctorate
of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) and has been practicing dentistry since then. In 2010
Dr. Jomehri attended a two year implant fellowship program and became a Fellow
of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists in 2013. In addition to
enhancing his surgical skills, Dr. Jomehri has completed hundreds of hours of
continuing education in esthetic dentistry, root canal therapy and sedation
dentistry including IV sedation, to insure patients receive the best advanced
techniques available. Dr. Jomehri is an active member of the Royal College of
dental surgeons of Ontario, Canadian Dental Association, Ontario Dental
Association and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
Dr. Arvind Kataria
Dr. Arvind Kataria earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S) degree from the
University of Toronto in 1986. He is the founder of Oakville Dental, a
well-established dental practice that offers a full variety of quality dental
services. Dr. Kataria and his team have always worked to ensure that patients
benefit from today’s dental technology including CEREC technology (dental
restoration in a single office visit), intraoral cameras and digital x-rays.
Dr. Krista Kuntz
Dr. Kuntz graduated from the University of Manitoba in 1989 with a Bachelor of
Science degree. She then continued her education and completed her degree in
dentistry at the University of Manitoba School of Dental Medicine in 1993. Dr.
Krista Kuntz is a member in good standing with the Ontario Dental Association,
Canadian Dental Association and the Oakville Dental Society.
Dr. Somayeh Nourian
Dr. Somayeh Nourian entered the prestigious University of Toronto Faculty of
Dentistry with a GPA of 4.0 and received her Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2006.
She is an active member of the Ontario Dental Association and Canadian Dental
Association, as well as the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario.
Dr. Arsalan Poorsina
Dr. Poorsina holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery and Bachelor of Science degree
from The University of Western Ontario. He is an active member of the Ontario
Dental Association, Canadian Dental Association, The American Academy of Pain
Management, and the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain. He is a Fellow of the
American Dental Implant Association.
Dr. Steven Solomon
Dr. Steven Solomon grew up in the central Toronto area attending AY Jackson
Secondary School. With A keen interest in math and science, Dr. Solomon attended
the University of Toronto with a major in biochemistry. After 2 years of
undergraduate studies he was accepted into the dentistry program at the
University of Toronto and completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1990.
Dr. Solomon enjoys all facets of dentistry including periodontal care,
endodontics, crown and bridge therapy, family care, and, of course, having
practiced in Oakville area, a keen interest in cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Mehwish Yasin
Dr. Yasin is a graduate of the National Dental examination boards of Canada. She
is a Member of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, an active Member
of the Halton-Peel Dental Association and Ontario Dental Association. She is
also a certified provider of the American Board of Laser Dentistry, Invisalign,
and Invisalign Teen.
